Yes! Just share the link to your booking page when you create your Little AI account. When callers request an appointment, your receptionist will direct them to your booking page by texting them a link. It works great with Calendly, Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling and more.

Yes! We recommend call forwarding so that when your phone rings, if you choose not to answer, the call will be automatically forwarded to your Little AI receptionist. It's easy to setup for either landlines or mobile phones.

It's easy. First, setup call forwarding as described below. Then when you get a call that you don't want to answer, simply decline the call by double clicking the side button on the upper righthand side of the iPhone, and the call will be answered by your Little AI receptionist.

Here's how to setup call forwarding on several popular mobile carriers. In the examples below, PhoneNumber is the 10-digit number of your Little AI receptionist; e.g. 555-123-4567.

1. If you have an iPhone, turn off Live Voicemail.
2. Use your mobile carrier's star code to turn on conditional call forwarding.
   • Verizon Mobile
     Call *71 + PhoneNumber. (e.g., *715551234567). 
   • AT&T Wireless and other GSM mobile networks
     Call *61* + PhoneNumber + #. (e.g. *61*5551234567#).

After sending the call, you'll hear a confirmation message from the carrier. Then you're all set!

You'll continue to receive phone calls as usual, but if you choose not to answer, the call will be forwarded to your receptionist instead of your voicemail.

Setting up call forwarding on a landline is easy anyplace in North America. In the following example, PhoneNumber is the 10-digit number of your Little AI receptionist; e.g. 555-123-4567.
